We work in close collaboration with the pork industry
to get the best meats for the making of our products with a
guarantee of total transparency from the breeding to the finished products.
Concerned about environmental protection, we favour meats coming from
human-size breeding farms situated in the South-West of France, where feeding
is 100% vegetable certified.
We have always chosen the best ingredients to make our products, and by
perpetuating traditional recipes, we get the authenticity of the Aveyron
region dry cured meats… The ones that used to be exchanged on the
market-places of our cities and villages in the South-West of France, the
Bastides… |
