Self Service Range

Dry sausages and dry short sausages comprising this range fully respect the traditional salting recipe used in Aveyron. They are exclusively manufactured from fresh meats from France, carefully selected, prepared and deboned in our workshops. The products of this range carry the subtle flavour of the authentic Southwest France recipe.

Our products come from the traditional production methods of Southwest France. We bon ourselves the shoulders, to maintain the freshness in all our products.

Advice

Enjoy better these organic sausages in thin slices and ambiant temperature. You can preserve it in a wet linen or in the vegetables area in the fridge.
